Inspired by Patañjali’s “Kramānyatvam pariṇāmanyatva-hetuḥ”, Kramatvam explores how transformation occurs through systematic and intentional sequencing. This workshop integrates practice and theory through Vinyasa, Abhyasa, and Arogyam sequences, helping practitioners understand the role of progression, consistency, and method in shaping a sustainable yogic practice—beyond just the postures.
IndeaYoga Workshop
The IndeaYoga Workshop offers a structured and immersive approach to yogic practice, rooted in traditional principles and guided by method, rhythm, and awareness. Designed to integrate practice with understanding, the workshop emphasises systematic progression, correct sequencing, and disciplined repetition to support sustainable transformation of both body and mind. Through carefully curated sequences, practitioners are guided to explore the relationship between movement, breath, and mental focus, allowing practice to evolve beyond physical postures into a refined and conscious process. The workshop aims to strengthen foundations, deepen experiential learning, and cultivate clarity, stability, and continuity in one’s yogic journey.
Laghutvam is an LED workshop that focuses on the practice of a single, selected sequence, allowing participants to experience continuity, rhythm, and flow through breath-led movement. Emphasising lightness, ease, and steadiness, the workshop is offered at Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, with the theme and sequence tailored to the chosen level.
