Laghutvam is a LED workshop that centres on the practice of a single sequence or series, selected by the organisers. By staying with one structured sequence, the workshop allows participants to experience continuity, rhythm, and flow within the practice, guided through breath and movement.
The emphasis is on cultivating a sense of lightness and ease, while maintaining steadiness and attention throughout the practice.
The workshop is divided into 3 levels – beginner, intermediate and advance. Based on the choice of the organiser, the chosen subject will be thought based in the chosen level.

Hip Opening & Back Bending
Twisting & Balancing
Forward Bends & Pranayama

Days:
Weekday – The Laghutvam workshops are conducted in the evening for up to 2 and a half to 3 hours based on the subject.
