Kramatvam: Immersive Yoga Workshop

Join us for a three-day immersive program with Acharya Bharath Shetty. This workshop offers a progressive exploration of yoga, combining guided practice, breathwork, and deeper elements of the traditional yogic system. Across the three days, participants will build stability in practice, develop clarity through breath and awareness, and experience the holistic aspects of yoga beyond physical movement.

Day 1 – 90 Minute Practice (19:00 – 20:30)


The first evening begins with a guided 90-minute practice designed especially for practitioners who already have an established yoga routine. This session provides an opportunity to refine movement, deepen awareness of breath, and reconnect with the foundations of a steady and mindful practice.

Day 2 – Asana and More (10:00 – 16:00)


The second day begins with a preparatory sequence inspired by the teachings of Laghutvam. The morning session introduces key elements such as bandhas, kriyas, and pranayama, helping practitioners cultivate greater clarity, confidence, and inner balance through practice. In the afternoon, the approach becomes more exploratory and playful, giving participants time to engage with the techniques learned and deepen their understanding. This day is especially suitable for yogis who wish to expand their holistic understanding of yoga.

Day 3 – Kramatvam Foundation Series & Release (10:00 – 16:00)


On the final day, the previously learned techniques are brought together in the Kramatvam Foundation Series. This dynamic segment integrates sun salutations, asana, and the importance of pranayama within a structured sequence. Participants will also have the opportunity to safely explore more advanced techniques within a supportive environment. This day can also be attended independently, even without joining the previous sessions.

The program concludes with Release, a satsang that includes the explanation and chanting of mantras, followed by meditation and deep relaxation, allowing participants to absorb the practice and experience a sense of calm and renewal.
