“Kramānyatvam pariṇāmanyatve-hetuḥ”
As quoted by Patanjali, the change in the sequence is the cause of the change in transformation
Kramatvam is a workshop that brings together systematic practice and theoretical understanding, offering practitioners an opportunity to study how gradual and intentional progression shapes both the body and the mind. The workshop focuses on three types of sequences, namely Vinyasa, Abhyasa and Arogyam. Vinyasa Sequence consists of the Primary & Intermediate series, the Abhyasa Sequence consists of the Foundation & Preparatory series and the Arogyam series consists of the Beginner series allowing participants to experience the importance of sequencing, consistency, and method in yogic practice.
Rather than focusing solely on postures, Kramatvam emphasises the underlying principles that govern progression, helping practitioners understand how change occurs over time through disciplined and mindful practice.
The Kramatvam Vinyasa Workshop is a Dynamic workshop which follows a rhythmic pattern in movement, combined with smooth and long breathing. It focuses on mastering the step-by-step to achieve a fruitful practice safely and effectively. The practice follows a steady rhythm, where each movement flows seamlessly with smooth, deep, and sustained breathing, allowing the practitioner to cultivate steadiness, strength, and clarity.

The Kramatvam Abhyasa Workshop focuses on mastering mounting and dismounting practices, which form the foundation of a safe, stable, and sustainable yoga practice. Emphasising the coordination of body, breath, and mind, the workshop trains practitioners to enter, sustain, and release postures with awareness, precision, and control rather than treating asanas as isolated shapes. Rooted in Hatha Yoga principles, the Abhyasa sequence strengthens the roots of practice—alignment, stability, breath awareness, and mental focus—through systematic repetition and mindful observation. Covering the Foundation and Preparatory series, this workshop offers a progressive framework to deepen asana understanding while building strength, clarity, and confidence in practice.
