“Laghutvam” is derived from two Sanskrit words – ‘Laghu’ and ‘Tattvam’. Laghu(लघु) in Sanskrit means lightness and Tattvam or Tattva (तत्त्व) means principle. Put together, this forms the Laghutvam program, where the teacher leads the session to achieve lightness through practice.
Laghutvam is a LED class, which happens in a lead and follow manner. The teacher will lead the session and the students shall follow.
