Kramatvam Mysore Sadhana

05.30 a.m to 09.30 a.m

Practice time: maximum of 2 hours

Laghutvam Mysore Practice (Led class)

04:30 pm to 05:45 pm

Arogyam 10:00 to 11:00 and evening 5:15 to 6:15Pm

Practice with Acharya Bharat Shetty
