Level 2 Teacher Training Course is meant for Indea Yoga’s level 1 teachers. On completion of the course the teacher is provided with an RYT 500 certificate. While level 1 focuses on alignments and breath, level 2 helps the teacher understand important aspects of yoga therapy and thereby uplifting their confidence. This four week long course emphasizes on understanding the asana and pranayama techniques better. An introduction to hands-on adjustment, bandhas, mudras and kriyas will be made which differentiates it from level 1 Teacher Training Course.
After the completion of level 2 Teacher Training Course from Indea Yoga, the teacher will be eligible to enroll themselves for Shikshaka Sadhana (Level 3 Teacher Training Course).
