Aaramba is a one month online course that is ideal for anyone who wishes to start their yoga journey and thus progress towards a better way of living. The course helps build a strong foundation and understand the basic techniques of asana, pranayama and kriya practices. To progress into Ashtanga Vinyasa or Hatha practices, one must master them all.
The student will be provided with study materials that include techniques of asana, pranayama and kriya practices alongside which live sessions will be conducted to exercise the same. The practice sessions are sequenced based on the beginner and preparatory series as prescribed by Indea Yoga.
