What to expect:
Mon-Sat: 6:30 – 7:30 AM – Live session
Sat: 7 – 8 PM Restorative Session
Mon Tue Thru Fri – 8:30 – 9 PM Special Vocal Meditation

Guidance on developing self-reflection.
