    Duncan Rice

Having done Bharath Shetty’s, Foundation Teachers’ course a year ago, I came back to do his Advanced teachers’ course. This course is what it states - an advanced course! It really takes you deeper into the practice of yoga which is not just the physical body, involves action (karma yoga) but should lead you to a deep state of meditation. This aspect is beautifully taught through the philosophy lectures on Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita. - On YogaTrail

If you want to have a life changing experience, deepen your teaching or just to move your practise to the next level, Indea yoga is the place to be. I couldn't have chosen a better school for my teacher training and I believe this relationship will last for a life time. With Bharath you will start to finally understand how yoga works, you might change a lot of your opinions during the time (on pretty much everything beginning with your breath and ending with chanting :), overcome a lot of ups and downs but at the end of it, you will leave stronger, no matter how sore your body might feel. Be ready for an inevitable change. Thank you all for this lovely opportunity, kind and always helpful approach.
