Pre-requisite Program
'Aramba'

IndeaYoga presents a week-long prerequisite program in May, 2020, which will mark the beginning of your Yoga journey and transform your mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

Below is the schedule of the various activities included in the 'Aramba' program, which will be overseen by lndeaYoga's experienced Yoga professionals.

  • SUNDAY
  • Before 5 pm - Students Check-in
  • 6 pm onwards - Program Induction

MONDAY - THURSDAY

TIMING ACTIVITY
6 am - 6:30 am Chants for 15 mins + 15 mins Kriya
6:30 am - 8:00 am Asana Practice
8:15 am - 8:45 am Pranayama
9 am - 9:30 am Breakfast
11 am - 12 pm Mauna (Being Silent)
12 pm - 12:30 pm Yogasutra Chanting
12:45 pm - 1:30 pm Lunch Break
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm Chanting
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Asana Practice
7 pm - 7:45 pm Dinner

FRIDAY

Before 11 am - Students Check-out

We also encourage you to maintain a diary writing down your daily
experiences before you sleep
