Overview

Practicing Hatha Yoga at IndeaYoga will bring in the realization that the physical body is only a part of our personality and not the whole of it and will level the body down to its natural place. Growth in human life without preparation of body and mind becomes painful. Hatha Yoga at IndeaYoga prepares one for growth and transformation with a solid training in foundation. It prepares the body and mind to grow with bliss.  Hatha yoga Mysore style classes are suitable for all kinds of people. Beginners, intermediate practitioners and advance practitioners can all take away immense benefits from these classes. Sharing weight between right and left side, working on alignment, developing right kind of breathing, covering classical Surya Namaskara, balancing Asanas, standing variation Asanas, inversion, back bending, forward bending, finishing, pranayama techniques are the major things that you will learn.

Prerequisites

Hatha Yoga Mysore Style is for those seeking traditional Yoga from a Yoga Teacher. It is a personalized course. Beginners wanting to pursue yoga and those at intermediate or advanced levels aiming to extend their traditional Hatha Yoga practice are welcome to the course.

Course Curriculum

Asana practice

Set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align the skin, muscles, and bones. There are hundreds of postures in all to work with.

Innovation

Innovation comes with asanas relating to back bending, hip opening and balancing asanas with more costmised options.

Satsang

Satsang will be option of any of these: chanting, meditation, yoga nidra and discussions on topics related to Yoga.

Duration and Intake

The duration is for Minimam a month

  • Classes will be conducted from Monday to Saturday.
  • Two sessions will be conducted per day.

Daily Schedule

Once you book your slot, the session time will be communicated.

Morning session –  7.30 am to 9-15 am

Evening session –  4 pm to 5-15 pm

Plan your calender in advance for 'Hatha Yoga Mysore Style Classes' and ‘Therapeutic Program’ or ‘Illness to Wellness Program’with Yogacharya Bharath Shetty. 

For those who suffer from stress related, age-related, rehabilitating from a physical injury etc. a personalised program is designed to address the imbalance of health.  One could term it as ‘Therapeutic Program’ or ‘Illness to Wellness Program’.  At the end of 4 weeks one can experience the difference. 

Months:  Every month except in the month of March, April and May.

Dates: 1st to 28th of the month

Days in a week:  Monday to Saturday

No. of sessions:

2 sessions for Hatha Yoga Mysore Style Classes 

1 Evening session for ‘Therapeutic Program’ or ‘Illness to Wellness Program’

Note: On payment of deposit amount, slots will be confirmed

Course Fee (without accommodation):

300 USD for 4 weeks, 2 sessions (morning + evening)

200 USD for 4 weeks 1 session (morning or evening)

Deposit to block your seat: 150 USD

Accommodation and Food: IndeaYoga provides Food and accommodation at Yoga Dhama. Students have the option of identifying their own accommodation.  

4 weeks : 25,000 INR.
